Arrival & Cancellation Terms
Appointment Policy: All customers are required to have a credit card on file in order to hold an appointment.
Arrival Policy: Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to avoid being late. If you arrive later than 15 minutes you may be charged as a "no show" appointment which is 50% of your appointment total.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours or no show to your appointment you may be charged 50% of your service costs.
Retail Product Return Policy
All retail products have a 7-day return window from the date of purchase.
All travel size products are final sale.
Hair Extension Policy
We do not color or work on extensions that have not been purchased through our salon. All extension sales are final and cannot be exchanged. If the extensions have a manufacture defect, they can be exchanged.*
*To ensure the longevity of all hair extensions, only salon grade hair care products should be used.
